Where do you ship from?
From Montreal, Quebec, Canada in an estimated 3–8 business days using standard shipping.
Unless otherwise stated, a flat rate shipping fee of 16.09$ is applied to all orders shipped within Canada.
* We currently do not ship to the: Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.

What countries do you ship to?
At this time, Objets Sauvages only ships within Canada.
Recent U.S. tariff changes have paused our ability to ship across the border, and until these tides shift, we’re unable to send orders to the United States. We hope to share our vintage treasures with our American customers again soon.
We do not currently ship internationally overseas but hope to in the future

Can I track my order?
Yes.
All orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with a tracking number once your parcel is on the way.

Are your items truly vintage?
Yes. Every piece in the Objets Sauvages collection is sourced from authentic vintage markets, estate collections, ateliers, and European flea markets.
Each object is carefully research and verify the approximate era, materials, craftsmanship, and markings of each item before listing.

What condition can I expect from a vintage item?
All items are pre-loved and may show light signs of age, patina, or wear — which we consider part of their character.
Each listing includes detailed notes on condition and high-resolution photos so you can clearly see the unique qualities of each piece.

Do you restore or clean items before selling?
Yes, gently and thoughtfully. We clean brass, glass, and ceramics using preservation-minded methods to enhance beauty without erasing history. We never over-polish pieces that benefit from their original patina.

How do you determine pricing?
We strive to offer collectible-quality pieces at fair, accessible prices. The Prices reflect the following factors:
Rarity, craftsmanship, condition, era and provenance, market value, sourcing time and restoration work.

How often do you release new items?
New pieces arrive monthly.

How is my order packaged?
All objects are packaged care and intention, wrapped in protective materials, cushioned securely, and boxed or enveloped to prevent movement during transport.
We avoid unnecessary plastic and aim for sustainable packaging whenever possible. goes here
