Shipping Policy - Objets Sauvages

At Objets Sauvages, each vintage treasure is prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely to your doorstep. Below you will find our shipping guidelines and procedures.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We take great care in packaging our objects to protect the uniqueness and condition of each vintage item.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

All objects are shipped from Quebec, Canada. We currently ship only within Canada. * Excluding: Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. Orders placed from outside these regions will not be processed.

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Canada: 3–8 business days with standard shipping

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and seasonal postal delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs within Canada are calculated at checkout at a Flat Rate. Each package is insured for a maximum of 100$ when shipped.

Packaging

We use protective and eco-conscious packaging materials whenever possible, ensuring items arrive safely while reducing environmental impact.

Order Tracking

After the 48h required handling time - once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we require:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box)

• Your order number

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a refund or store credit.

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that shipping delays are outside our control.

At Objets Sauvages, each piece is chosen for its uniqueness, history, and charm. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives clearly damaged. Should an item be significantly damaged they must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a refund or credit to be processed. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Sizing, color, or texture differences due to screen variations

• Natural wear, patina, or imperfections typical of vintage pieces (these are part of their charm)
