This vintage “Bakato” baked potato dish was handcrafted by Christian Ridge Pottery Studio in Paris, Maine, and purpose-designed for baking and serving potatoes. The oval stoneware form features two raised interior ceramic supports,created to cradle potatoes while allowing heat to circulate evenly during baking, resulting in tender interiors and crisp skins.
