Antique English Blue Transferware Divided Grill Plate

$64.00

The border features garlands, medallions, scrollwork, and decorative chain-like detail around a creamy white ground. The divided form was made for separated servings, but today it also makes a beautiful display plate, wall plate, serving piece, or styling tray for a blue and white kitchen collection.

The underside has a British registered design diamond mark, used on ceramics in the 19th century, along with an additional blue printed mark. The surface shows overall age-related crazing, adding to its antique character.
