A decorative set of four vintage brass wall hooks inspired by classical Louis XVI design. Ornate urn medallions, ribbon bows and an aged brass finish give these reproduction pieces the character of traditional European hardware.
Each hook features a raised covered urn within a circular medallion, topped by an openwork ribbon bow. The combination of urn, ribbon and symmetrical ornament draws directly from the Neoclassical decorative vocabulary associated with Louis XVI interiors.
Their warm brass finish has developed areas of patina and surface variation that accentuate the relief. A beautiful set for an entryway, bedroom or dressing area, whether used for jewelry, keys, lightweight accessories or simply as decorative architectural accents.
Sold as a set of four.
